Orders
My jewelry is available for immediate order
in my online store. Often I like to speak via phone
or email to my clients so that I may determine certain
details with them such as chain length, word on back
etc. I want your piece to be as personalized as possible.
Design Variations
Please expect slight variations in all of my pieces.
Because I make every piece by hand, it is nearly impossible
to create pieces that are exactly alike. Chain styles
may vary. Despite above mentioned small differences,
the original look of your piece will remain the same.
Damages
I do my best to ensure that pieces are shipped to
you in excellent condition. If a piece needs a small
repair due to defect in craftsmanship, I will be happy
to fix it for no charge. If the repair needed is due
to normal wear and tear of jewelry, I will charge
a small fee. Natha Perkins reserves the right to determine
nature of such damage.
Delivery
Please allow 2-3 weeks (or less!) for delivery of
orders. Because every piece is handmade to order,
it is possible that your order will take longer. If
that is the case, I will be in contact via email to
keep you apprised of the situation. Orders mailed
in the U.S are charged $12 for the first $100 +$2 for every $100 thereafter for shipping
and handling and this includes insurance. Orders to
be shipped outside the U.S are subject to current
international shipping rates
Custom Orders
I am available for custom and special orders. If you
would like a change in stone, metal or color, I am
happy to accommodate you based on approval and availability.
Returns/Exchanges
Jewelry must be returned within 10 days of purchase and in unworn condition for a full store credit not including shipping and handling charges. After 10 days, all sales are final. On special and custom orders, and show purchases all sales are final. Merchandise exchanges are available based on approval, and buyer agrees to pay shipping charges.
Care and Cleaning
Exposure of your jewelry to water is not recommended
as it may accelerate normal wear and tear. I recommend
using a buffing cloth to restore luster to your pieces.
Most of the metal I use in my jewelry is patined (darkened)
and the use of silver or copper polish is not advised.
Jewelry Parties
Please contact me for details about jewelry parties.
If you live in select areas and would like to host
a party, you will receive FREE jewels!
